SehatAI operates on the principle of data sovereignty. All medical records processed within our ecosystem are encrypted end-to-end. We do not sell, rent, or share patient clinical data with third-party advertisers. For large clinical networks, we offer localized server hosting within Pakistan to comply with national health data regulations.

2. Information We Collect

• Practitioner Data: Name, professional license number, clinic affiliation, and contact details.
• Patient Data: Demographics, medical history, clinical notes, lab results, and prescriptions provided by your healthcare provider.
• Usage Data: Anonymized technical logs to improve platform performance and AI model accuracy.

3. AI Processing & Privacy

Our AI Scribe and Diagnostic tools utilize high-performance language models (including Google Gemini). When clinical audio or data is processed:

• Data is transmitted over secure TLS 1.3 channels.
• Processing is performed in volatile memory and is not used to train global underlying models unless explicit clinical consent is provided for research purposes.
• Identifying information is scrubbed (de-identified) where possible before diagnostic inference.

4. Patient Rights

Under our Patient-Centricity core value, all users have the right to:

• Request a portable digital copy of their entire medical history.
• Request correction of inaccurate clinical records.
• Withdraw from the SehatAI network at any time, subject to local medical record retention laws.
