1. Acceptance of Terms

SehatAI Technologies ("SehatAI", "We", "Us") provides a cloud-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management System. By creating an account, clinical practitioners and patients agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Clinical Responsibility

SehatAI is a clinical decision support tool, not a replacement for medical judgment.

• Practitioners: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of diagnoses, prescriptions, and advice provided through the platform.
• AI Verification: AI-generated summaries and insights must be reviewed and authorized by a licensed medical professional before being finalized.

3. Prohibited Use

Users may not:

• Reverse engineer the SehatAI Intelligence Hub or proprietary algorithms.
• Use the platform to store non-medical sensitive data.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other clinical nodes or patient records.

4. Platform Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, SehatAI does not guarantee uninterrupted access during maintenance windows or localized internet disruptions in Pakistan. Clinics are advised to maintain local emergency backup procedures for critical patient data.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore.
